Hi, I’m Rebecca—certified holistic wellness trainer, public speaker, and Founder of True Self Care. My career didn’t start here! For 20 years I led national sales teams for major media corporations, crushed goals, drove multi-million-dollar revenue and built tight-knit relationships with co-workers, colleagues and clients alike.
I was a total success, but didn't see myself as one.
By committing to my own growth and development through emotional intelligence trainings and energy healing I overcame self-sabotage, negative self-talk and body shaming to create healthy relationships with myself, and others.
